This converter can convert single phase 220V into three-phase 400V.
A first electronic stage converts the single-phase 220 V in 3-phase 220 V, then the voltage is converted in 400V. (3 Phase + Neutral + Earth)

Use limit: When the load supplied reaches a current peak (for example when starting a motor via a contactor), the device will lower the voltage to limit this peak.
Always prefer a soft start.
