Delivery times

Delivery times are based on indicative times*. However, if you do not receive your parcel within 21 days of ordering for a reason that is not the responsibility of iNORéA, the order may be cancelled by a simple request from the customer to the following e-mail address: contact@inorea.com

No compensation and/or delivery penalty may be demanded, even in the case of an order cancellation by a client described in the previous conditions.

*Indicative delivery times of between 2 and 5 days, depending on the country.

 

Control on receipt

In the case of an order for a technical product, the customer undertakes to check the correct functioning of the product delivered and to read the user manual provided. In the case of visible defects, the customer has the right to return the product to the following address: 9 rue du lugan, 33130 Bègles, FRANCE

The following are considered as cases of force majeure preventing the supplier from delivering the orders: war, fire, strike, accidents and inability to be supplied. iNORéA cannot be held responsible for damages due to the delivery.

If the customer wishes to have the goods delivered to two different addresses, he must place two orders and the transport costs will be linked.
