Order tracking

Order tracking

Log in to your My Account > Order History & Details.

Order statuses:

  • Confirmed: Payment received and order recorded.
  • Processing: Preparing your order at the warehouse.
  • Completed: Shipped! Your package is with the carrier.

Out-of-stock items? Check the specific delivery times in the Pending Orders tab.

Delivery tracking

Go to My Account > My Orders, then click on Details. You’ll find the shipping information at the bottom of the page. Simply click on the tracking number to track your package.

Package receipt

In case of a damaged package, you must file a note of complaint with the carrier upon receipt. To ensure your claim is valid, specify the affected items and attach supporting photos.

Download invoice

Once your order has been shipped (status "Completed"), download your invoice within 24 hours via My Account > Invoices. If it does not appear after this period, contact contact@inorea.com with your order number.

Special cases:

- Partial delivery: The invoice is issued only after full delivery.
- Business customers (deferred payment): Your invoice will be available at the end of the month.

Edit my order

To modify an order that is in progress and not yet shipped, contact us at contact@inorea.com and provide your order number.

Billing information update (address and name)

The billing address and name can no longer be changed once the invoice has been issued. Please make sure your details are correct before confirming your order.

Stock & delivery times

Check the purchase table for each range to see the stock available in Bègles (33) and the quantities currently being restocked.

Out of stock: If you order an unavailable product, we will contact the supplier. Please make sure to check the attachment in your acknowledgment of receipt for the exact delivery times.

Request a quote

To convert your cart into a quote, add your products, choose a carrier, and select the “Request a Quote” payment option. You can then find your quotes under My Account > My Quotes.

Placing an order: From your quotes list, click “Add to Cart” to retrieve your selection. You’ll just need to confirm the carrier and proceed with payment.

Reorder

To renew an order, go to My Account > Order History & Details. Simply click “Order Again” to automatically add all the products to your cart.

Return request

For any return requests, please send us an email at contact@inorea.com

Payment methods

Pay for your purchases on inorea.com via Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

Personal data

Forgot password

Go to Login > Forgot Password. Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Link” to receive instructions for changing your password by email.

Account update

You can update your contact details and password at any time under My Account > Information.

Address management

Manage your contact details under My Account > Addresses to update, delete, or add new locations. You also have the option to edit your addresses directly during checkout.

Note: Our warehouse is closed to the public. On-site visits are only for Click & Collect pickups.

In-store pickup

Select In-store pickup when placing your order. Only come to the store after receiving the email confirming that your package is ready.
